Among speakers were two-times Paralympic Champion Vladimir Kiselev. {nl}{nl}The event was dedicated to the countdown before the forthcoming XI Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi. After viewing the video of new Paralympic venues in Sochi, the Russian Ambassador in Germany, Vladimir Girin spoke about the complex nature of the measures taken in order to create a barrier-free environment in the places of the Games, so that people with disabilities can feel comfortable there.
