The opening ceremony took place on August 13, from 14 to 16 there will be preliminary events (up to the semi-finals).
On August 17, medals will be played in team disciplines, on 18 - in individual competitions.
The closing ceremony will also be held on August 18.
In 2016, 143 athletes competed for the medals at the European Championships. The Russian national team won the overall team standings. Russian archers won 11 medals - 4 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze medals.

Para-Archery is one of the oldest disciplines in the program of the Paralympic Summer Games, included in the program of the 1st Paralympic Summer Games of 1960 in Rome (Italy). The first Para-Archery competition was held in 1948 in Stoke-Mandeville, which associates this sport with the birth of the Paralympic movement as a whole. At the XVI Paralympic Summer Games in 2020 in Tokyo (Japan) will be played 9 sets of medals in Para-Archery.
