On the eve of the IPC Ice Hockey Forum, which took place in Moscow, Russia (May 12-14), the Russian Paralympic Committee organized meeting, between its chief executive officers and official representatives of the IPC Sledge Hockey. The meeting, which took place on May 11, was attended by IPC ISH Chairperson Keith Blasé, IPC ISH Head of Technical Control and Officiating Scott Mac Donald, IPC ISH Head Of Competitions Dave Newson, IPC ISH Vice Chairperson Kent Nyholt, IPC Ice Sledge Hockey Sport Manager Jessica Korber and IPC Winter Sports Administration Coordinator Barbora Kohoutova. The Russian Paralympic Committee was represented by the President Vladimir Lukin, the first Vice President Pavel Rozkhov, the President of the Russian Federation of Sports for Persons with Physical Impairment Lev Seleznev, the Secretary General of the Russian Paralympic Committee Andrey Strokin, the Head Coach of the Russian National Sledge Hockey Team Sergey Samoilov and Deputy Chief of Staff Artem Toropchin. Among many important topics discussed during meeting were; future development of the IPC Sledge Hockey, international tournaments and competitions and development of Sledge Hockey among juniors. President of the Russian Paralympic Committee Vladimir Lukin, greeted all participants and told about development of Sledge Hockey in Russia, from its grass roots until present. After the meeting guest were given tour of the Russian Paralympic Sport Exhibition, especially organized by the Russian Paralympic Committee in order to commemorate tradition and glory of the National Paralympic Sport.
