IWAS WHEELCHAIR FENCING WORLD CUP IN EGER, HUNGARY

After two competition days at IWAS Wheelchair Fencing World Cup that is taking place in Eger, Hungary Russian athletes grabbed 3 medals: 1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze.

On the first day Albert Kamalov (Omsk Region) and Timur Khamatshin (Bashkortostan) took silver and bronze respectively in foil competitions category B. Gold medals was won by Anton Datsko from Ukraine.

 

Among athletes of category A bronze medal was taken by Roman Fedyaev (Omsk Region), gold medal - Richard Osvaht from Hungary, silver medal - Emanuele Lambertini from Italy.


One more bronze medal won Yuliya Efimova (Omsk Region) on epee competition cat. A. Hungarian Amarilla Veres became a champion, Evgeniya Breus from Ukraine took silver, the another bronze medals went to Hungary with Zsuzsanna Krajnak

 

During the second competition day Maksim Shaburov (Novosibirsk Region) won gold beating Maxim Makhula from Ukraine in final match. Piers Gilliver from Great Britain and Maurice Schmidt from Germany shared Bronze medals
