18 May 2014, Moscow - The second competition day of Parafest, traditional Paralympic sport festival, has been concluded in sport school #21. The festival organized by All-Russian Federation of Sport for Persons with Physical Impairment and Russian Paralympic Committee and Proctor&Gamble company.
The competition at table tennis, powerlifting, novus, checks and mini-golf have been arranged.
According to the results of the festival 3-times Paralympic champion, Olga Semenova, silver medalist of Paralympic Sochi Games, Dmitry Lisov, deputy director of Sport School #21 Sergey Karpovich, communicational manager of Proctor&Gamble, Anastasia Nefedova, General Director of Contrast Estate Company Elena Kvolek have been awarded the winners of the Festival.
After victory and closing ceremony Dmitry Lisov said: “Today we saw a really tough competitions, everybody has shown their strength. But it is not mean that they have to stop. They must go forward. And I hope I will see many of them in you regional teams preferable in sledge hockey teams”.
Olga Semenova thanked the participants of the competition and invited them to take part in another sport event that will take place in Sochi June 25-29.
The youngest participant of the Festival, who is just 11, has been awarded by a sweet present from Nestle.
