The President of the Russian Paralympic Committee Vladimir Lukin met with the leaders of the International Paralympic Committee at the 2013 IPC Athletics World Championship in Lyon (France).

{nl}{nl}{nl}On July20, 2013 the President of the International Paralympic Committee Sir Philip Craven and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Paralympic Committee Xavier Gonzalez met with the President of the Russian Paralympic Committee Vladimir Lukin and the first Vice President, the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Russian Paralympic Committee Pavel Rozhkov.
