All leisure events in the open air with any number of participants are banned in Moscow. This is stated on the website of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
Sobyanin noted that he had decided to “introduce additional restrictions” due to the situation with the coronavirus infection COVID-19.
So, it is forbidden to carry out "any leisure activities" with the participation of citizens in the field of culture, sports, exhibition, entertainment and educational activities "in the open air with any number of participants."
It is also prohibited to conduct such events "in buildings, structures, structures" with the number of participants "more than 50 people at a time."
As emphasized, the ban is temporary and is valid until April 10.
As at March 16, 93 cases of COVID-19 infection were detected in Russia, 53 cases in Moscow.
On March 14, Moscow authorities announced that Muscovite families who came from countries where the COVID-19 outbreak was recorded are required to comply with the self-isolation regime for 14 days.
