Peter-Richard Nicholson in order to implement the RPC Regulations on Ethics, conflict of interests and fight against corruption held a seminar for the RPC administration, the RPC staff and the RPC Governing Board members

WADA-appointed international independent expert, currently working in Russia in order to assist RUSADA to regain its Code-compliance status – Peter-Richard Nicholson in order to implement the RPC Regulations on Ethics, Conflict of Interests and Fight Against Corruption held an additional seminar for the RPC administration, the RPC staff and the RPC Governing Board members.

His introductory speech had the RPC president – Vladimir Lukin. He thanked Mr. Peter-Richard Nicholson for his assistance in developing the RPC’s Regulations.

In the course of the Seminar, the issues of applying the Regulations, protection of a “fair play”, cooperation with WADA, international sport federations, ethics sport committees, necessity to adopt such a document in other sport organizations in Russia and worldwide and in other sport entities, were discussed.

The Seminar were attended by the chairperson of the RPC Governing Board, RPC first vice-president – Pavel Rozhkov, RPC Secretary General, chief of RPC Coordination Committee, 5-times Paralympic Champion – Andrey Strokin, RPC vice-president – Anatoliy Tsarik, RPC Governing Board member, RFSPPI’ president – Lev Seleznev, RPC Governing Board member, RBSF vice-president – Uriy Zhukov, RPC Governing Board member, RFSPPI’s Secretary General, 3-times Paralympic Champion – Olga Semenova, RPC Governing Board member – Valdimir Bardyshev, RPC Governing Board member, deputy chief of RPC staff – Artem Toropchin, RPC staff members.
