At the meeting of the Russian Paralympic Committee Executive Committee dated December 24, 2019, due to the fact that the conclusion of the WADA Executive Committee directly affects the rights and interests of the Russian Paralympic Committee and its representatives, the Russian Paralympic Committee decided to enter into a dispute between WADA and RUSADA as an interested party (third party) in the procedure and terms provided for by the World Anti-Doping Code and the WADA International Standard for the compliance of the parties to the Code.

On December 30, members of the Russian Paralympic Committee Executive Committee, on the proposal of the Russian Paralympic Committee Law Committee, approved the Bonnard Lawson Geneva Law Firm to represent the interests of the Russian Paralympic Committee in the dispute, which has positive judicial experience in the field of international sports law. Dr. Fabrice Robert Tissot and other attorneys at Bonnard Lawson Geneva are authorized to represent the Russian Paralympic Committee in court.
