The issues of organizing test events and forming a crew of a four-swinging four with a helmsman (PR3 Mix4 +) for the Paralympic Games, holding the Russian championship and training camps, participating in qualifying competitions, etc.
The Russian National Team has 2 quotas for participation in the Paralympic Games in Tokyo. The quotas were won at the 2019 World Cup.
Alexey Chuvashev won a silver medal in the PR1M1x class, and the swing four with a PR3 (Mix4 +) helmsman took the 5th place.
The maximum number of quotas that a National Paralympic Committee can receive is 4, one for each type of program.
The final qualifying competition for the Paralympic Games will be the qualifying Paralympic Regatta in Italy (Gavirate), which is scheduled for early June.
