At the end of the Conference, Mikhail Vtorushin, director of the budgetary institution of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra "Center for Adaptive Sports", spoke about the experience of Ugra in involving people with disabilities in the system of adaptive physical education and sports.
